China’s central bank has introduced significant plans and measures to stimulate the country’s slowing economy. Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), revealed plans to reduce borrowing costs and permit banks to expand lending. China’s real estate sector, which accounts for a significant portion of the country’s GDP, has been in a prolonged slump.
