“We have noted that the number of transactions for townhouses and villas has evoked good response, with most of the people preferring waterfront/shoreline properties,” said Kuznetsov.
UAE’s one of the largest and leading Real Estate Companies, Metropolitan Premium Properties, revealed that 30% of its transactions were done by international clients, who mostly hailed from the UK, CIS and other parts of Europe, including France, Austria and Germany. The company said that they are expecting a similar trend, this year too.
In addition to a Royal Atlantis Garden Villa, group’s one of the penthouse in the W Residence, Palm Jumeirah was sold to the same buyer for Dhs102m, while the deal is considered as group’s highest transaction ever. Followed by this, group’s second penthouse in IL PRIMO Downtown was sold for Dhs42m to a European buyer.
