The season will start up from where it ended the last time. Though many details are still not revealed about what the makers are planning to do, we can hope to see some thrills next season.
The season will change its focus to Izuu. It will show his struggles with evil. We can also hope to see the plight of the Almighty, who is already suffering from a disease. The storyline will also shift towards Deku and his problems. None of these are sure to take place, but are derived from the fan theories, as there are many!
The makers of the show still not have revealed anything new with regards to the show. We will have to wait thus and watch for them to lead us onto anything.

So far, there is no new information regarding the cast of the show. We know that the old characters are going to return. Among them, Akatsuki Bakugo, Michael Tatum, Izuku Midoriya, Clifford Chapin, Kenya Lida, Chaco Muranaka, Justin briner, Luci Christian are the ones about whom we have confirmed information. They will return the next season.
